What needed solving
CertTulen needed an admin platform sophisticated enough to manage Microsoft TSP requirements, HRD Corp compliance reporting in Malaysia, and certificate generation at scale — without the cost or rigidity of an off-the-shelf LMS. They also needed geo-aware payment routing for clients in India, Malaysia, and Singapore.
How we built it
We built a modular platform covering certificates, reports, HRD Corp claims, settings, user management, and activity logs. Geo-aware payment routing (Razorpay for India, Curlec for Malaysia), seed data tooling, and a full audit trail across every administrative action.

CertTulen now runs its operations across India, Malaysia, and Singapore from a single platform — handling Microsoft TSP compliance, HRD Corp claims, and certificate issuance without spreadsheets or manual reconciliation.
