Web Development

A company website buyers trust before they pick up the phone

Fast, mobile-first sites for manufacturers, service firms and professional practices, with product pages, enquiries routed to WhatsApp and phone, and the first year of hosting and SSL included.

Corporate website development is designing and building the site that tells buyers, dealers and job seekers who your company is and how to reach you. VS Tech Builders builds them on published fixed-price plans from ₹13,999, for businesses that need a credible, fast, findable site rather than an online store or a web application.

What we build

  • 01

    Phone-first layouts

Designed for the small screen first, since dealers and buyers usually open your link from a WhatsApp message.

  • 02

    Technical product pages

Specification tables, downloadable datasheets and application notes that answer a buyer's questions before they call.

  • 03

    WhatsApp and click-to-call

Click-to-call on every page, WhatsApp chat on the Standard and Premium plans, and a form that reaches the person who replies.

  • 04

    Fast on mobile data

Compressed images and pre-built pages that open quickly on a patchy 4G connection.

  • 05

    Search-ready structure

Clear page titles, headings, structured data and a sitemap, so Google understands what you make and where you sell.

  • 06

    Analytics from launch

Google Analytics on the Standard and Premium plans, with Search Console added on Premium, to show which pages bring enquiries.

  • 07

    Hosting and SSL included

The first year of hosting and the SSL certificate come with every plan; optional renewal is ₹2,999 to ₹5,999 a year.

  • 08

    Self-editing on Premium

A content management system and blog, so your team can add products, news and job openings without waiting for us.

Who this is for

Consider a pump manufacturer in Coimbatore that sells through dealers, borewell contractors and the occasional export buyer. Nobody places an order because of the website, yet almost everyone looks the company up before they ring. When that search turns up a page last touched years ago, a Gmail address and no specifications, the buyer quietly assumes the factory is smaller and less organised than it really is. This service is for businesses in that position: manufacturers, engineering firms, consultancies, hospitals, schools and professional practices whose website is a credibility check rather than a shop.

What a corporate site should include

We design every page for the phone first, because most visitors arrive by tapping a link someone forwarded on WhatsApp. Beyond that, the useful parts are specific to your buyers:

  • Product pages that answer technical questions: for the pump maker, head and discharge ranges, motor ratings, single-phase or three-phase options and a downloadable datasheet per model, so a contractor can shortlist without phoning.
  • Enquiry routing: click-to-call on every screen, a WhatsApp chat button on the Standard and Premium plans, and a form that reaches the person who replies rather than an inbox nobody checks.
  • Speed: compressed images and pre-built pages that open quickly on a patchy connection in a dealer's shop. Our article on why a slow website quietly costs sales explains what is at stake.
  • Search foundations: one clear topic per page, titles written for people, structured data, a sitemap, and separate pages for each product line or region you want to be found for.
  • Hosting and SSL: the first year of both is included in every plan.

How it fits an Indian business

Buyers here still like to talk before they commit, so the site's job is to start a conversation, not to close a sale. That is why contact options sit on every screen instead of hiding on a contact page. Running cost stays low on purpose: a site made of pre-rendered pages needs no database server to keep running, and the optional yearly renewal for hosting, SSL and maintenance is ₹2,999, ₹3,999 or ₹5,999 depending on the plan. For local searches, your website and Google Business Profile must agree on name, address and phone number, a point our guide to ranking locally in Tamil Nadu covers in detail. If dealers in Kerala or Karnataka matter to you, product pages can carry Malayalam or Kannada versions alongside Tamil and English.

How the build runs

We start by asking who visits and what each visitor needs to do, then fix the page list before any design work. You supply logos, brochures, photographs and product data. If good photographs do not exist yet, we tell you which three or four matter most instead of padding the site with stock images. The design is reviewed on a phone, development follows, and delivery is 7, 14 or 21 days on the Basic, Standard and Premium plans. The quickest launches are the ones where content is ready on day one. After launch, a 14-day correction window covers anything that displays wrongly on a device we did not catch.

Plans, prices and what changes them

Our published website plans are Basic at ₹13,999 for five pages, Standard at ₹20,999 for ten pages with WhatsApp integration and Google Analytics, and Premium at ₹28,999 for twenty pages with a content management system and blog. Price follows scope, not how impressive the design looks. A project moves to an Enterprise quote when it needs integrations: a dealer login, a product selector, a careers section that accepts applications, or several language versions. For context, custom business websites in India commonly cost ₹25,000 to ₹75,000; the plans come in lower because their page count and features are fixed in advance. The website cost estimator helps if you are unsure where you fit.

When you do not need us

A single shop that sells to walk-in customers may get more from a complete Google Business Profile and a WhatsApp Business catalogue than from any website, and both are free. Our article asking whether a website is still worth it next to Instagram and WhatsApp works through that choice honestly. If you would rather do it yourself this weekend, a drag-and-drop builder is a fair option, and custom website versus Wix sets out the trade-offs. A corporate site from VS Tech Builders makes sense once buyers, dealers or job applicants are judging you by what they find online.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan suits a manufacturer with around thirty products?

Usually Standard or Premium. Standard's ten pages can hold a home page, company profile, contact page, several category pages and a downloads page, with products listed inside their categories. If you want a page per model so each can rank for its own model number, Premium's twenty pages and content management system fit better, and your team can add new models later without paying for edits.

Is hosting really included, and what happens after the first year?

The first year of hosting and the SSL certificate are included in every plan. From the second year, an optional renewal covering hosting, SSL, security updates, backups and up to four small content edits costs ₹2,999, ₹3,999 or ₹5,999 a year depending on the plan. You may also move the site to your own hosting at any time, since the code and accounts belong to you.

Will the website bring in enquiries on its own?

Not by itself. A good site turns more of the people who already look you up into enquiries and makes contacting you effortless, but visitors still come from search, referrals, dealers and any advertising you run. Local visibility improves when your Google Business Profile, directory listings and website agree with one another, and when useful pages are added over time instead of the site being launched and forgotten.

Do you write the content, or do we?

You know your products better than anyone, so we ask for brochures, specification sheets, photographs and rough notes, and arrange them into a clear page structure. Writing fresh copy from scratch and professional product photography sit outside the published plans and can be quoted separately. An existing printed catalogue often contains most of what the site needs, which shortens the whole project.

Can the site be bilingual in Tamil and English?

Yes. Each language gets its own set of pages with the correct language tags, so Google can show the Tamil version to people searching in Tamil and the English version to everyone else. Remember that a five-page site in two languages is effectively ten pages, which affects the plan you choose. Our multilingual website guide explains when a second language is worth the upkeep.
